About ShakeFitness
As a seasoned Personal Trainer with over 28 years of experience within the health and fitness industry, I hold true to the belief that physical fitness is key to living a healthy and fulfilling life. From my years of training as a Royal Navy Physical Training Instructor, to my time as a Fitness Leader for Devon & Cornwall Police, I have made it my mission to guide people of all ages and levels of fitness on their journey toward optimal health and wellbeing.

If you're looking for a more community-based experience, come along to my HIIT and Circuit Training/Boot Camp classes. You'll meet other like-minded people with similar fitness objectives and have fun while achieving your fitness goals. With ShakeFitness, you'll develop the habits and skills to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Personal training is usually on a 1 to 1 basis but may be 1 to 2 or in small groups by negotiation.

Personal training sessions can be arranged offsite, for your convenience - Alternative fees may apply.

Don't have time to make it to the gym or prefer to train in a different setting? I'm happy to provide personal training sessions at a location that's convenient for you. Whether it's at your home or a preferred outdoor space, I'll work with you to tailor a workout to your needs and goals. Keep your fitness routine on track with my alternative location training sessions.
